France 24 gets it wrong

I was just listening to France24 tonight (French morning), and their analyst kept bringing up that Clinton had won the popular vote but lost the election, comparing her with Al Gore. Does he not realize that that "fact" ignores every caucus state, and counts the utterly flawed Michigan vote?!
